I think the word you are looking for is “socialist”. Everyone who wants to share, is not Marxists.

So, would “Marxist-inspired socialist” be as apropos a title? The 2 have historical overlap, so the confusion isn’t without precedent…and at the very least, this video/audio blurg does show a frightening undercurrent in this man’s thinking.

If you call it Marxist, and look at a country like Cuba, that purports to follow these ideals, for comparison–you might not be so far off…

Regardless, this ivory tower mentality of wealth redistribution is just a flip-flop of trickle down Reaganomics. No less corrosive–no less WRONG.

Whether or not anyone likes it, the wealthy already pay the majority of taxes. Taxing them more, and redistributing it through some new rebranded program, isn’t going to fix a fundamentally flawed system. A new economic engine doesn’t make a car without wheels any faster.

If America’s government were run with the rules of a corporation, it would see mass layoffs and program cuts, and an eventual hostile financial takeover.

Oh, wait…
